Full time work permit for International students

Hi,
According to IRCC all the international students can work full time in Canada right now those who applied their study permit before Oct 7th, 2022. So what if I extend the study permit after oct7th, 2022, am I allowed to work full time or with the new study permit I can only work part time? I will be extending my study permit soon.

Off-campus work hours public policy and study permit extensions
The international student’s application for a study permit extension was received by IRCC after October 7, 2022

• If their presently valid study permit expires before November 15, 2022, the student is not eligible for the off-campus work hours public policy.
• If their presently valid study permit expires between November 15, 2022, and December 31, 2023, the student could be eligible for the off-campus work hours public policy between November 15, 2022, and the date on which their presently valid study permit expires.

Hi thanks for your reply. My present study permit is valid till June 30th, 2023. I’m gonna apply for extension this month. So based on the rules I am eligible to work full time till Dec 31, 2023. Am I right? I’m sorry I’m little bit confused.

No you are eligible to work full time until the end of your permit in June.
