Full-Time work experience which was part of educational program outside Canada

I have a question about work experience, my situation is a bit confusing so I would highly appreciate your help.

I completed a 4-year bachelor degree outside Canada (in the UK), where my third year was a 12 months paid internship. Although the internship was full-time, I was also still considered a full-time student at the time because the internship itself is a part of my degree.

My internship corresponds to NOC 2174 which 'usually requires' a bachelor's degree, as mentioned in the Employment requirements section on the NOC's webage. I am able to get a letter of experience from my employer to prove that I worked full time, was paid and performed the main duties of the NOC.

I would be grateful if anyone could help me answer the following questions:

1- Can I count my experience towards FSW eligibility ?
2- If so, will this experience count towards CRS points?

It was paid employment, corresponding to a skilled NOC, so why not?

The only exclusion on student work experience is in Canada while under a study permit.
