I graduated last year 2013 June and right away started two jobs 1 full-time 37 hrs/week and part-time 20 hrs/week..after 3 month I left both companies joined another company 37 hrs/week. Both jobs NOC A in Software Developer category.
So here is breakdown:
2013 June - 2013 Sept => 3 months => 2 jobs (37 hrs/week and 20 hr/week)
2013 sept - till now => 7 month => 1 job (37 hrs/week)
Technically, I still have 2 months remaining for 12 months, but since I had two jobs for 3 months I've achieved additional 1.5 month of experience. Considering that 50% seats in CEC are already full so wanna I apply fast. Would my case be considered 12 months full-time work after 15 days from now? Please advice CEC gurus..

You still have to wait for the 12 month period to be completed. Your second job for the first 3 months will not be considered as additional 1.5 month of experience.
Agreed with the above poster. No - you can't apply now. You need to meet both the 12 month requirement and the number of hours requirement to qualify to apply.
You must wait until you gain at least 12 months of work experience even though you have worked over and above the minimum 30 hour per week requirement.
