Hi, I applied on 4th October under the Quebec Skilled worker category at Kuala Lumpur. I have received my AOR on 29th October. Now waiting for further instruction. Good luck.

I think you received your 1st AOR. You applied on 4th October. But I sent my full documents on 4th October and now waiting for the 2nd AOR. You applied at KL? r u from Malaysia?

Glad you started this thread, I submitted full docs on Oct 19, one week after my first AOR. Patiently waiting for 2nd AOR. Will it come soon? Keeping my fingers crossed!

Have submitted my docs on Oct 20th, but without IELTS results ....have asked them to provide an extension for submitting the ielts results..Will the visa office provide an extension?

I have already taken the test on 30th Oct....

Thanks. sometimes it comes within 1 month and sometimes take time. depend on the queue I guess.

The new rule came into effect on 10th April 2010 which says applicant must submit IELTS result with full documents, as you have already submit the docs try to get your IELTS done ASAP and send it to visa office before they start processing your file, if they start processing without IELTS result then visa officer can make a decision with the information on hand.

So you mean, if we submit the IELTS scores before they open the file they would accept it even if its submitted after the deadline (ie. Oct 20th was my deadline for submitting 120 days docs)? I got the TRF today and i have scored 16 points

I received my 2nd AOR by post last week.

NOC - 0111
Visa Office- New Delhi
Application Sent to CIC- 30 April, 2010
1st AOR Received- 10 August, 2010
Full Docs Submitted-5 October, 2010
2nd AOR Received- 12 November 2010
