I have the same timelines and same status. Before yesterday my status was appication was received by visa officer. It never changed after submitting app but yesterday it changes to Decision made. May be visa officer is working on April application and will can hope to get our medicals very soon So best of luck for future..

Well we both have same timelines almost and status also showing same "IP" with processing date of 13th March.i think we might not get Medicals but they will ask us to update our documents forms/police clearence bank statment etc if it not turned to DM. because it happened recently with 2 of the applicants who received email to update documents. Seniors could comment more on it .
Looks like everyone is gone in hibernation, like us!. Since sometime there isn't much activity noticed here.........
I just checked our online status and it was surprisingly showing "In Process". When clicked, it is showing this message:
We received your application for permanent residence on April *, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February *, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February *, 2012.
I checked with our consultant and he said that CIC has of course started processing files since sometime.
According to him they are presently processing cases of Full documentation sent in the months of June, July & Aug'10. Ours might come up in a month or two.
