I recieved first AOR form CIO on April 30, my file transfered to visa office on the same day, my E cas update on May 4, I sent full document on on london visa office on June 10 and delivered to CIC on June 16,
Now my E cas Application Received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)
We have received your application and will review it in order of receipt. We will send you an acknowledgement letter.

Medical Results Received by CIC
We have received your medical results. We will contact you only if additional tests are needed.

I don't real know what does it mean I haven't sent any Medical Results is there other way they can know and made decision?
Documents sent on 28th april received by chc london 4th or 5th may 2010,
no ecase changed and no 2nd AOR , i am so sad , plz tell me when will my status changed in to reseived by visa office.
