Unfortunately, sometimes the E-CAS shows "In Process" for months without any real update. Hopefully, yours is not in this category.

But I'm also in the same status of "In Process" with "RBVO" from Feb-11. Same thing happened to many people as well and no one is sure when the "Processing will be started".

I have an update which I do not know if it’s a good one or not, I asked my consultant to contact my VO since I received my second AOR on April 7th and nothing happened afterwards, she did and they replied to her, she summarized the response, and I quote:
“They indicate that they are not yet ready to process your application, though it is in queue to be evaluated. Unfortunately, all Canadian visa offices are taking longer to process applications submitted according to the first set of ministerial instructions (i.e., previous to June 25th, 2010) as they received many more applications than originally anticipated, and their case managers are overwhelmed.”
That of course was depressing to me, but today when I checked the ECAS, my status has changed to In Progress, when I click on it, the information inside are still the same as before.
So I do not know if it’s good or not, but that’s the update I have.
She also informed me that they are giving more priority to applications submitted after June 25th 2010.

add me to the list...i have applied in march-2010 got 1st aor in april and full doc's sent to London in june & got 2nd AOR in july ...with RBVO till date.........
Congrats Hareega, i had the same situation when my E-case changed to In process,and my malling address had disappeared but after about tow weeks it moved back,and now and after about 2 months,my E-case is In process with my milling address but with the same details inside without any changes,the fact is i am waing for my middicals now hope soon i will get them on hand.
Dont get disappointed. My status also showing IN PROCESS since 29th march 2011. CAIPS revelaed nothing................! It all just a Loooooooooooooooooong wait
Well Pooja, CAIPS revealed nothing means all i got information from CAIPS was......................they havent touched my file yet even. PSDEC 0, SELDEC 0, BDEC 0, MEDDEC 0, OREQ 0, FINDEC 0.

so Above information was not as informative to me. But after i request for CAIPS, on 29th March 2011, my ecase changed into INPROCESS. So CAIPS perhaps were taken before my application turned into INPROCESS. But i sent document updates (i got married) on 12/05/2011. So i am expecting my case may take a while, i mean it will take more time as i expected due to adding up one more member (my wife).
