@ smajd56....our noc is 4131 and our status is common law partner....anxiety is very high...But I know...God will help us...

Don't worry! As I know most applicants with this NOC code may have an interview, but all of them told that it was not bad and they could pass it very good. They only ask you explain about some details of your working day and how you spend your time at college, how many hours you teach in a day and ... So don't have stress!
By the way, what do you mean by: "our status is common law partner"?

If you don't have it, then probably you have no choice but to send your full docs without it.
Considering that your reference letter is very detailed, that might be enough.

thanks for the info.. but the issue is that i do not have my contract with me.... it was actually misplaced...so thats i was thinking of sending in only the ref/experience letter

i would suggest you not to send incomplete infor,,, as per my knowledge 1 copy of contract is retained with employer u can ask them to give that 2 u. u can make a photocopy and notarize it and return to ur employer in worst case send dox without contract.

common law partner is that im living with my long time boyfriend in a same roof but not actually married

i send my app to sydney in april it was received sth like 15/18 what more info i should put here , btw still none info from new scotia nothin at all and my CIO which is in warsaw they r saying that they don't have number to them nothing and cannot provide me anymore info without some number given for my case

For Australia Visa Office the medicals are sent to Singapore. How do you know if they were sent? I would ring the doctor and ask him or his secretary in a couple of days after medicals.
