I am from Romania, but my husband and I are in the US as international students, therefore we chose VO Buffalo, and I was looking on the processing time of the files at VO Bucharest, they receive the medicals within one month after the submission of the full documents. Jesus!!!! And when I look at the processing times at Buffalo ....wow...why is taking so long? I am sorry that I chose Buffalo.
Even I feel the same. I live in USA and originally from India. I was confused between New Delhi and Buffalo. I choose Buffalo. New Delhi is double the time faster than Buffalo.
I read other posts from other members which said that they sent the full doc. to Buffalo in March-May 2010and still no AOR. It is frustrating. VO Bucharest gives the AOR after 2 weeks and the medicals after another 2-3 weeks, so let's do the Math...I don't know what is wrong if these guys
I found from cic website that the Buffalo office closes down 30% of applications in 6 months and 50% of applications in 12 months. Where as other nation's offices are able to close down 50% of the applications in about 6-8 months.
Why is it that the system at Buffalo is so slow?? And do you think that the recent changes for FSW category will reduce the number of applicants and bring some efficiency in their process??
