I got my AOR in march..so to be on safe side I sent documents as per updated checklist...and sent my spouse's employement letter and regular exp. letters...as we are not getting points for spouse's exp..this is just to support personal history information provided.
hi
U know brothers, the problem that my spouse had 4 jobs...and she hadn't any contract with them as it happens in my country as usual....she can get an experience letter only from them...
plz give an advice..
thx
get the exp. letter and give explanation for the contract, that you didnot get from the employer.
I guess you will be ok, as we are not getting points for her exp.

Hi don't worry about the contract, I have send my application without it, but if you can include pay-stub or direct deposit payments that show the experience this will be more than what they need.
I have not yet send my full application but will send in 2 weeks time to London office once i received my UK PCC.
applied in category 4131.
Which is your country of residence mate ?? Did you send documents as per updated checklist where they asked for employment reference letter of spouse as well ??
