Need help from the Seniors po, please. Here are my details:

MR Received : April 16
MR stamped sa envelope na received ng city here in Cagayan de Oro: Mar 26
Date Stamped inside the MR: Mar 16

I am only given 30days to undergo MEdicals. Pano yan? (( REsponsibility ni Mr. Mailman un, eh delayed pag deliver nya, nag expire na ung 30days.

WHat should I do? How do I contact CEM?

I would suggest that you undergo medicals ASAP. Don't worry too much about the delay. After undergoing medicals, try to follow up your DMP and inform CEM about the delay of delivery.

you have to personally go to nbi to apply for a new NBI clearance. You should indicate "VISA CANADA" ....good luck

tama c prof.. add ko lang po, if you are abroad, may philippine embassy po..they have the forms including nbi form, dun nlang po kayo mag-apply ng bago/renewal, ipapasign po yung form sa phil. consul at ipapadala yan sa pinas..i'm sure iba ang procedure ng pagkuha ng nbi if you are outside the country.

Thank you po for your advise. I called up secretary ni Dr. Cinderella kanina in Davao, and pwede naman daw. Basta I email them asking for an extension. WIll have my medicals by Monday.

As for payment for the Landing fee po, tama po ba na Manager's Check pinagawa ko? In peso po which is P21,000.00.

I plan to have it sent via courier po. Do I include a letter just to state my Application number etc? Para naman they know where it's coming from.

samin din di pa naencash March 21 kame nagsubmit pero alam ko normally 2 to 4 weeks daw yn accdg sa seniors sa kabila... yng MC nmin di bpi...metrobank maewncash dn yan bigblue dnt wori

Hi vincelynn! upon checking today with BPI na encashed na daw yung MC last week daw around thur/fri, so it took mga 3weeks din pala.
How about sayo, yung MC na submit mo last Mar 21, na encashed or na deposit na ba ng CEM? did u check with metrobank already?

A bit anxious kasi because we submitted all required docs like RPRF, NBI, etc. pero may kulang pa na doc. so til now isip isip kung anong mangyayari...
If CEM will still insist of that document sana inform kami agad to do something.. hope hindi na irequire..
Im assuming kasi na pag encashed nila MC, feeling ko baka ok na.. but its just assumption..

I'm from Davao and we're done with medical exam last Mar 31,2012 @ Dra. Cinderella Baruiz's clinic (they already submitted the result to embassy last April 12). What I did when I submitted the required docs and RPRF written in our MR is that I did write a cover letter stating the summary of documents we are submitting. I also did this during my full docs submission to embassy. Always write your Immigration File number in any correspondence.

Regarding RPRF, Manager's Check is okey. We also did that.
Regarding your case, about the delay of your MR's receipt, you can inform the embassy through email with the address written in our 2nd AOR (RE-MANIL.IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca). I've tried to send an email in this address before regarding my Cert. of Employment and they replied.

sa philippine embassy nga dapat kumuha ng form kapag outside the philippines ka at once nakuha mo na with corresponding stamps/signature, ipadala mo sa pilipinas para doon ma-process ang police clearance mo. akala ko kasi dati hindi na kailangan ipadala sa pilipinas, tuloy na delay papers ko ng ilang linggo =(

Yes I am,hehehe..

Just explain everything to them why you are delayed with your medical exam and ask for extension. I'm sure they will understand that. Usually it will really take longer time to reach snail mail here in Mindanao. In my case, my MR was dated Mar 7 and sent by the CEM Mar 9 but it arrived in the post office here in Davao by Mar 21. If you can, you may scan the mailed envelope that has a stamp "date received" by your post office and send it to embassy. That would be a proof that you receive your MR beyond the deadline date of 30days from the letter's issuance.

These are the documents required by the CEM together with the med exam: NBI clearance,Filled-up IMM forms (update and family info) and the RPRF. and yes the clinic will be the one to submit the result to Embassy. You will just pay P100 per head to the clinic for the postage. Just call them for followup if your results are complete and make sure they send it to embassy.

In my case, only RPRF and MR coz I already passed my NBI and Fam info ahead.

I will sure inform them about the delay, thanks.

My only problem now is sending the RPRF. In the letter, it was stated to have it sent to a PO BOX thru courier kaso the courier wont accept such transaction because walang recipient to sign that it was received. I call the visa office pero wla din akong nakuhang info.
