I think this week will give some good news to us with IN PROCESS updation.
@ Hunker, NOC 4131 is comparatively a bit slower in updation rather than other applicants, probably applicants on this NOC code are a bit more than other,
could it be the possible reason to be a bit slow updation????

E- record of our file processing is k/a Capis notes, it is maintained at CHC/CIO and v can demand at any time by paying 60CAD (i think). It contains all the associated details of our file, objection and remarks of visa officers etc etc.

Probably CHC, ND needs to be contacted for this. I think they will issue the notes.

Anyways better to talk with rocky272727 regarding the procedure to get it at this stage, I don't have much idea about it.

Man today when checked my E-Case status it changed to DECISION MADE

This is annoying and i am really frustrated now.
The reason i am frustrated is that i did send all my documents without missing any.
I don't know for what reason they have declined my application.
I did not receive any VCall nor my Employer receive any mail or call.
I am waiting why the heck my application is rejected.
Lets wait for CHC reply and i will update every1.
BTW am i eligible for a refund here ?

so sorry to know it.... but lets pray that it is not a rejection however there is very firm possibility
yes your fee will be completly refundable if its decided before taking into in process.
the letter that u will get will clearly state about it that u will be refunded VPF within 8 weeks.
pls would you update in detail, bec I am quite worried about mine too.... so sorry for this request
