there r 2 steps before you could see IN PROCESS with dates.
1. after ND VO has completed BACKGROUND CHECKS.
2. your file will be place in a queue.
there is no fix time as to when the IN PROCESS would change to IN PROCESS with dates. i have been IN PROCESS with RBVO inside since 8th feb 2011. so thats almost 3 months, but nothing till now. so it varies from CASE TO CASE
