its really funny that all our NOC'S are the ones that are now out of the list .
anyways i guess our group can expect some movement by september.
by the way what is the average time for the status to be " IN PROCESS " ?

Till march In process used to be in 2 months. I guess ND is still maintaining pace. Lets wait and watch. Other CHCs like London and Buffalo havent issued AORs for applicants even after 3 months. We might start getting verification calls in a months time. Optimistic timeline for medicals is mid September.
I agree. I guess, the there will be temporary drop in applications for PR due to the changed NOC and IELTS being mandatory at NS. After sometime, there might be an increase in number of applications received at NS due to the CAP placed [everyone might try to be early]. But overall, I guess the processing time should reduce now or at least be the same...

my application reached ND CHC on 23rd june 2010.
but i have still not received my AOR, nor has my e-cas status changed.
i have send them the complete application, without the RPRF.
its been 16 days. when can i expect it ?

I think there is no hard cut rule like that. The visa officer will take the judgment based on the documents presented to him. It is up to us to make sure that our job descriptions are aligned to the ones listed for 0213 and explain if necessary.
