A TCP packet walks into a bar, and says to the barman: “Hello, I'd like a beer.” The barman replies: “Hello, you'd like a beer?” “Yes,” replies the TCP packet, “I'd like a beer.”
I'm a bit worried about my reference letters whether they are detailed enough or not. I was wondering if is possible send new reference letters in order to attach in my original application. Since my application reached at CIC on May 17, and should take more one or two weeks to get it analyzed, I think this is enough time to send new letters.
My only question is if CIC would accept this or not. Has anyone faced this kind of situation?
I've worked for 4 different employers in the last 10 years. I've stayed more than one year in all of them and included the reference letters from each one.

LOL that's really funny. Although not for a programmer but for a networking professional. TCP is a networking protocol which is part of the TCP/IP protocol stack, which Internet data transfer is based on by the way.
The TCP protocol uses a three-way hanshake process (Sync-><-Sync Acknowledge<->Acknowledge), that's why the conversation has thee sentences, all of them linked
BTW, Can anyone tell me whats the next step after receiving PER?? Transfer my info to my vo??? How long??? And then??

i am not able to understand whats mentioned in the excel sheet tab 'apps by NOC"...
under 2174 it says total apps is 300. So does that mean, the quota is over for this NOC?
Experts, what is the latest update on the cap? is there any use of sending the application now?
