Hi,

I've applied under the FSWC on June 7th, before the process has been changed. Last week I got email from CIO that my application has been rejected because CIO doubts that I've the sufficient qualifications. (Although I mentioned as many as possible in the initial application and thought I've to prove them in a later stage at the visa office anyway. Not to mention that I also provided another NOC code where I meet the req.)

I would like to contact them to understand the reasons for the rejection. Unfortunately I don't know how to contact them. Email is not working and phone calls are only available within Canada, as long as I understand the instructions on their website.
Therefore I decided to write another letter where I asked about the specific reasons of the refusal, cause they where not mentioned in the email.

Because of the process change the NOC 0213 is no longer accepted for FSWC immigration. So I'm in a terrible situation right now.
Has anyone supportive information how to tackle this situation?

THX for helping.
Tyler

what is the format of rejection letter?
n what are your qualification?

They sent the answer via email.
As qualifications I mentioned:
-Plan, organize and control IT
-Implementation of Projects
-Specify System Requirements
-Control Budget

you said that you've been refused due to inadequate qualifications or inadequate responsibilities. You have mentioned ur work responsibilities here but doing 4-5 out of the list doesnt means that you'll be accepted. Please state your qualigocations and full job specs. that you sent to CIO.

I didn't provide any additional evidence of my qualifications to CIO as it was not required at this stage of the application process. All certifications, employee contracts and reference letters should be provided to the Visa Office in my country of residence after CIO initially approves the application.

I'm confused right now....

It seems CIO was not satisfied with the list of responsibilities that you put in your application. It should be detailed enough to show that you are doing NOC 0213.

Although the evidence of job duties in the form of reference letters, certifications are not required in the CIO stage, I think the job duties that you mentioned appears very brief. What applicants usually do is to attach a separate sheet (since the form has very limited space) to explain these in detailed sentences.

It appears that CIC is still working on pre June 26th applications. So you can try your luck and send the application again, this time explain job duties in a separate sheet in detail. All you stand to lose is the courier charges, if they don't accept.

All the best.

Thank you for the useful hint. Looks like I screwed it up :(

However I think if I submit another application they will start the process again under the new regulations where I would be rejected again...Anyway I can try if I won't get an answer to my inquiry.

Did they charged money from CC or DD?
I am sorry for rejection....

If I am not wrong, perhaps this NOC code has been left out from new NOC list. So you may not be qualified if you apply fresh application.
-Your limited option includes only to communicate the CIC & provide them relevant document (your role & responsibilities). You may get your docs back asap. Those docs are important & only option to pursue your Canada immigration will.
Try to get opinion of expert members on how to move ahead based on you existing application.
