I'm in the same boat with you although you seem to have waited a little longer. I pray for the same and hope this week will be ours to celebrate.
Hi,
I got Passport request in approx. 2 weeks after submitting fbi clearance certificate. So you should be getting your PPR before end of FEB 2014.
