Hey guys, so the upfront medical I've done kind of worked, I received a remedial request today (yaaay I guess), the only problem is that I've submitted my results like 2 weeks ago. I've read online about people in the same situation, they contacted their doctor to link the IME number to the medical test they underwent. Got any idea if that's the right thing to do ? Do you know what should be done in such a situation ? I've already sent a second webform btw to inform them of the situation (with the e-medical info sheet attached).
I'm literally on the same boat. Just that the same morning I got a call from the hospital that they were sending my medicals I got the remed request, but I had already done the upfront a week prior.
So it seems something definitely happened with my app, although I can't tell if it's the upfront, mailing the minister, or the multiple webforms I raised asking why they haven't renewed my medicals/asked for new medicals.
I've been back to the hospital to inform on the situation (like @SumAli suggested) and they just told me to hang on for a bit, IRCC will link them both.
I got OINP nomination for one NOC, and now i have received an offer in another company for completely different role and NOC (not even related at all).
My aor is dec 2020 and until now there is no approval. is there any possibility that they will reject if i take the offer since i will not be working in the NOC that i was nominated for in OINP.
Ottawa is the worst my application is collecting dust for months especially if you are sep 2020 aor .I have not seen much from sep 2020 from vo Ottawa so not much hope.
In the US, we have something called as W4 forms. I attached those. It was asked as an ADR for my friend in 2019 to prove that he got paid fir the employment, so I attached it when I applied in 2020.
