Has anyone else had their file approved (final approved as per gcms notes) for a few months but no rfv mail? Send webforms.. emails and such but its like trying to find life on Mars?
Part of me wonders what life at ircc is like. Do these people come to work 2x a week and have a lunch break of 3h on those days?
Did the honking in Otrawa give the snowflakes a headache? I just do not understand how a government department can be so useless and also escape all accountability.
Like a crisis breaks out 1000s of KM away and each time there is a narrative of "Sorry we cant help there is a crisis". But arent you meant to be able to handle this with your 1000s of staff and millions of dollars...?
The only possible explanation is just... a bunch of lazy people.
Don't know how far it is from your place but when I called around in 2020, the Michigan panel physician was cheapest and quick. He was available to do it in 2 days notice during COVID in May 2020. He works out of his house. Costed 200 bucks without the referred testing (Some 100 extra for bloodwork etc)
Yep back in 2020. Not sure how much he charges now since I haven't gotten remedical yet. Guys mostly retired from hospital practice I think and he does this out of his house. 200 for the form and then 110-ish for the referred tests (cash price).

My file has been approved for over a year and I haven't received RFV! multiple webforms but no response. Don't know the logic behind approving files and then not following through.

Congrats buddy! Did you order gcms notes? Did you notice any reassessment of your medicals? I ordered mine recently and I saw a note that my medicals were extended so I decided to not go for upfront medical.

I had the same thing. Medicals extended till April 20th, 2022 in GCMS. But then, I got a re-medical request yesterday. Till when were your medicals extended?

Mine are extended till Dec-22. I'm not sure if this is just a case of confirmation bias. I mean the idea that upfront remeds lead to PPR. After all we only hear about those cases who get PPR after getting remeds done upfront but we don't hear from those who go for upfront remeds but don't get PPR subsequently. Also some people get PPR without going for remeds and others are requested if a decision is taken. Same happened with my parents who got their super visas approved within a week of getting remed request.
