They have been processing about 45k applications since November, so that gives you 147k / 3 months = 49k applications per month roughly.

We can hopefully presume that capacity will be rerouted to FSWP after the remaining 15k of CEC is decided upon, which ideally should not take more than another 1 and half months. I also believe that some of the remaining CEC are complex cases with ADRs etc in the pipeline. IF the immigration levels plan hold and no NEW draws are held, I think being optimistic for the first half of 2022 is owing to us, based on trajectory

I'm sure this is Trudeau's intention but I'm also quite sure it won't happen because Trudeau knows the truckers and all those other protestors are outside not because of covid restrictions only but also the reckless liberal immigration strategies (which the liberal media purposefully serves as "racism"). Canada doesn't need 400,000 low CRS people every year. It only needs the top ~50,000 (or whatever) FSWs and CECs who sit at CRS 460+

CEC is currently getting processed 2x faster than FSW while their average processing time is 2.5times shorter than FSW processing time. (10 months vs 26months) Why don't we connect these data and try to understand who's getting reaaaally fast processing? You guessed it..! Ofc your same 75 CRS Bob getting the fast processing. After all, he is 'currently' living in Canada.
