I'm pretty sure I've seen a couple late 2020 outland PPRs that are not from the US. There was 1 from India and another from Bangladesh last week? I think they were PNPs..?
 
I have a question for you all. I ordered GCMS on 4th of Nov from IRCC's website. I immediately got an email with a temporary tracking number and it says a new one will be assigned to your application blah blah... however, I have not received any new tracking number. Is this normal? Still did not get the notes btw, last saturday was the 30th day...

BIL December 17, 2019
October 22, 2021, second upfront medicals
October 30, 2021 Applied for a visitor visa.
November 27, 2021, Remedical request on a Sunday. I wrote to them about the previous upfront medicals, no response.
November 30, 2021, I called IRCC ( 18882422100) and I spoke to a kind agent who made a note and sent to the Visa office.
December 1, 2021, Remedicals passed.
December 4, Visitor visa was rejected, reason, not sure applicant would return to her country.
December 6, 2021, PPR.

VO Ottawa
COR Nigeria.
FSW Outland

I had to laugh at those two entries. Of course the visitor visa was rejected as almost certainly a decision had been made on the PR application. "Not sure applicant would return to her country" is double speak.

I think it started moving and things that we see posted online is only a fraction of people who actually are getting PPRs :D
