Correct, there are CEC profiles with scores in 450's and 460's waiting in the pool for ITA. Because no CEC draws are happening and they are in the express entry pool, they received NOI from OINP today.

Hello ,
I need advice pls...seeing the conditions of fsw draws I find myself demotivated towards french tef canada exam..Although I am B2 + and learned from scratch while puttin a lot of efforts but lost motivation towards taking the exam again as I have missed with very little margin previously to get clb 7 ....Do you think I should try or its better to just wave good bye to canada dream forever...? As studying hard with 3 kids all under 4 years of age is very hard and now I am not finding any driving force to do so?
I'hv already mixes of clb 9 and 10 in ielts.
Maybe you should try TCF, I heard a lot of people saying it's easier than the TEF, also think about a review if you don't agree with their marks, I took the TEF myself and I can say that there is a margin of improvement (although I didn't ask for a review, but I knew I could have had higher marks).
Looking at the mandate letters for immigration for Mendicino in 2019 and then the supplemental letter in Jan 2021(due to covid), the actions taken by IRCC were pretty spelled out. While in 2019 their focus was skilled immigrants and reducing backlog, in Jan their focus became TR, essential workers, and following health minister’s wishes. In both cases, the yearly goal was important. I guess we’ll have some idea what’s in store once the new mandate comes in. If there is nothing on backlog or skilled workers, then it’s best to move on. Mandate letters usually come in after throne speech, which will happen Nov 22. So I imagine nothing will change until then.
