Told ya all early Sept. Landed immigrant target may or may not 100% equate with no. of ITAs but there's certainly some correlation between the two. The latter had yet to far exceed the former in any given year. That's why even CEC invitations had slowed down as well if not paused coz the gaps filled. Gotta look forward to next year

cause they brought back two years pgwp. two years back the minister said "we dont want many students to fill the store shelves"
