Which countries in Europe offer work visas without LMIA equivalent? Especially for tech workers. I have heard Germany, Portugal, Ireland. Germany is attractive to me because of their job seekers visa option. Fuck it, I'm activating plan B. No use trusting IRCC anymore.

Germany is the most accessible country in Europe as far as I know. I was able to get multiple interviews applying for positions there last month while two years of applying for positions based in Canada only got me a single interview, and that was before the pandemic. If you can't get there through the work route, there are also 100% English-taught degrees with accessible tuition fees.
