To be frank, it is an Indian tech visa. 85% of applicants are Indians. Even the Chinese are less.

Yeah lol, he's as clueless as anyone else, but to be fair, he's been saying that. He's said that we don't know when FSW will resume, and currently the focus is on CEC. Hate the situation all you want, but no point shooting the messenger. He's apologized for (clarified the context of) his previous comments, and that takes some degree of integrity.
