I think the only scenario we'd see a 1500 CEC is 4x1500 CEC in Sept. I doubt IRCC would prefer weekly draws at this point though; they're already bombarded with other EE apps. Also we can't say if there's no FSW tomorrow there won't be any in Sept. The 15th and 29th are important dates since there won't be international restrictions in place.
I still think JT might revive FSW to prevent O'Toole from making comments on the status of EE.
I'd love to believe this. But sadly in my experience, when the workings of an organisation seem difficult to fathom, it's usually because they have no plan at all, and are taking it pretty much day by day.
Btw guys who here has followed politics and election of a foreign country like this? I have invested more time in understanding politics of Canada than my own country lol, never cared for any kind of politics anywhere ever.

I'm not sure if immigration will be discussed but as a country whose economy is directly linked to immigration, Canada should find immigration worthwhile to discuss in an election campaign.

Hahaha. Personally, I hate politics and you would hardly find me discussing politics about my country. But it appears that our current immigration predicament depends on the outcome of this election. That’s the only reason I’m following the progress keenly
