Not true, they were developing an EOI system for their paper-based streams which was not ready for almost first half of this year so they invited a lot of people under their express entry streams during that time. Now they are focusing on sending invites to paper based applications. OINP EE draw should happen soon I think.

Blaming this whole drama on the few people who flaunted travel restrictions is baseless, annoying and irritating. Why should the majority of people suffer from the actions of just a few? There are better ways to handle things. IRCC is just the definition of incompetent and always seeking the slightest opportunity to make excuses for their ineptitude
