Another Quebec applicant is ready for the visa. It seems they have increased the number of pprs and corps recently. I heard that IRCC issues the final approval for them as well. If it's true, it could be quite promising.

Lol. I think Quebec does their own processing (ex-Security) and then IRCC just rubber stamps when things are ready? Idk. There is also a severe worker shortage in Quebec bc they have had much lower immigration growth recently so maybe they are prioritizing for that reason.
