My medical was expired in Feb 2021 and my profile shows "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."

The medical expiration will depend on your application processing agent. I did a medical exam in Jan 2020, ITA in Sept 2020, submitted documents in Oct 2020. So my medical results are supposed to expire in Jan 2021, right? I check GCMS note and the agent updated my medical in Feb 2021 and my medical is valid until Feb 2022.

Before you travel to Canada, they may require you to take a medical exam, but at the moment you don't need another medical test for consideration.
