2 months ago I had a herniated disc which I mentioned to the doctor in the upfront medical exam, but when submitting my profile I answered No when asked if I've ever had a serious condition.
I'm doing well now and so was I when I had the medical exam.

Should I have answered Yes ?

Should I raise a web form and explain or no need ?

Did your dr mention anything about it in your report? You know you can request a copy of the report from your dr, right?

He said that he will mention it.
Yes I know about the copy but I didn't ask for it.

As per tracker:
My profile : Bio-Medical-Eligibility-Background = all completed (11th May)
Dependent profile : Bio-Medical-Background = all completed (11th May)
But for Eligibility = not started

Why ircc is taking so much time for my dependent's eligibility?
How many days do I need to wait to receive PPR because it’s almost 20 days after my profile shows ‘all completed’ status on tracker.

Your dependent's eligibility will stay "not started" even when you get your COPR. You should expect a PPR soon, if you don't get anything within this week, maybe call IRCC and check if they "sent" you a mail. They sometimes send emails that we don't receive at this stage, happens with very few though. So, call and confirm at the end of this week if they sent you an email.

It regardless is a good idea to whitelist "cic.gc.ca" and check your spam/updates/promotions folders.

If the doctor had any concerns about it he would have made note of it in the report to IRCC.

If your medical condition will cost more than $128,445 over 5 years (or $25,689 per year), you'd be deemed inadmissible.

I think you need to consult your doc and have an exclusive talk about it with things like its future consequences, medication and then do the cost evaluation and convert its evaluation as per Canadian market. If the cost comes up to the evaluation as per mentioned by @sean468 you need to build a strong case and maybe hire professional help to see your chances ahead.

Thanks a lot of your responses.

The treatment normally is either :
- A surgery followed by physical therapy sessions
or
- PT sessions (20 sessions max)+ medications (muscles relaxant + non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs such as aspirin and ibuprofen) and where I live both are over the counter.

I did a quick research about average PT prices in Canada and it seems that it costs less than a 100 CAD per session. So hopefully the cost is not an issue.

My main concern is that they will consider me answering "no" about having had a serious condition, as a misrepresentation. And that is why I'm thinking of raising a webform.
