I hear you. As someone who first failed TEF and then passed TCF, I know how hard it is to get past these exams. And now you have these lazy asses who don't want to study for the exam and yet want the grades.
At this rate, I hope to see the draw increase by 250 people on each draw, and hopefully the scores will decrease by at least another 10 points by month's end.
Before the previous draw, number of people above 500 were 9k, for this draw also the number is same, where are these 1000 high scorers coming from every two weeks?

Most likely people with Canadian experience, good language scores and maybe even a sibling... Bottomline, the pool is adding 1,900 >501 scorers on a biweekly basis but barely drawing enough to take these out. That's why the size should increase to at least 3,000 by next month.

A Canadian master's student with 1 year work experience and perfect English will score 501 points. Prior to the pandemic they could get ITA without perfect English. I bet the pause in ITA forced a significant number of them to aim for perfect score.

Don't know, but by looking at other groups, absolute majority of them are CEC. Their points are increasing just by going to work. That must be feel wonderful. Some of them are asking why my points have increased from 501 to 514. Imagine that, opening your GC key account and having your points increased. On the other hand, we plebs, to get those 13 points means excelling in French for example. Yup, high skill competition.

I'm an FSW hopeful and I have 530 points, I missed this draw by 3 points. Damn, I'm quite sad. I have both IELTS and TEF, which helped me
also a master’s degree. I guess I should be confident for next draw.
