portal issue is more likely because of Rogers outage. IRCC, CBSA, Service Canada .... everyone seems to be impacted !

bruh, this affected me well. have fido with me. visited the service canada today morning for the new SIN. i didn't have the physical print of the copr, but had the signed ecopr in the ipad 12.9 inch bigger than an A4 paper. reached service canada at 8.45am. i am the first client, reached the clerk, she said they want to see it on paper, they don't keep the documents tho, sent me to the nearest print shop and dang i don't have the phone data to sent them the copr doc to their shops mail to take a print. returned home.
it's 6:10 PM now and still the network issue isn't fixed. my issue started at 7 AM. Interbank transfers, Debit payments across the country is compromised. maybe a few folks had no issues.

canada is an embarrassment to queen Elizabeth. period.

Cmon man, London is a shthole let's be honest. 1 in 6 people wants to stab ya. Went to primary school there as a kid, school was segregated between races. Hindus/indians, asians and whites were together (very few asians and whites in school), muslims and blacks were together. Every day there was any few fights. thank god I was only there temporary lol

We go through CEC but this is an excellent joke. That being said, domestic Canadians (born & raised) are generally sloppy when it comes to this stuff, so we just don't know.

By the way, we also received a notification from them, and we are pre-ITA. So I feel it must be some blah blah notification. Maybe a notification telling us that they are experiencing problems and that people might not be able to log in.
