What bothers me is how this people survive the interviews.
Yesterday had an interview with a fortune 500 company ,the hiring manager scheduled the interview for 60min and the recruiter said it is just behavioural question.
I had 70 min interview-50min pure technical and 15 min behavioural ,5 min for me to ask question,Even after doing the exact same job for 3 years I felt like a kid in front of questions baisically he made me answer what I did in each project in last 3 yrs,How I approach a problem.

Even after preparing well for the interview and working in the same role I felt like a damn loser(I amswered all questions though) I dont know how this people survive even recruiters call.

You are making the wrong assumption that the lambda graduates are working at such companies. They are working as restaurant/deli managers, warehouse supervisor or assistant floor managers at Walmart.

Warehouse supervisor for fortune 500 companies are tough to get ,Actually sups in most company are ranked above analyst when it comes to fortune 500s they are also paid a lot because they are manager level employees where we are professionals.

No fortune 500 company will hire a lamba graduate as supervisor. I meant they work as warehouse super at "fortune 1000 million" companies .

Also, most people who get into these shit colleges because their parents are rich enough to pay massive tuition, and they aren't smart enough to get into good ones. They usually come with enough of a runway, and there are enough jobs that they eventually find one.

Yesterday I saw something in the library and I was like really??2 students from bow valley college are doing some kind of survey ,the way they talk to company representatives was so unproffessional ,forget about parents money ,merit ,I expected some commonsence from this kids.
Will you call a company and tell then I have to submit an assignment next week and you should spend some time?
Honestly I think canadians are really patient ,you know how US is thy will just hang up the call ,some might even say it is not my problem.

See‽ The CEC comments itself describes we are in level 1 of Immigration PTSD. CEC should happen but only limited to Yukon territory. Send them all to North Pole may be they could create their own Basketball team called "Yukon CEC 75ers"

Hi, sorry its off topic
I saw your signature, your ADR submission shows 4th May and ADR acknowledgement shows 13th June.
In between this period, did it show "your action is required" and also, did you receive the acknowledgement email on 13th June?

As I submitted my ADR (PCC and Schedule A) yesterday, I didnt receive acknowledgment email and the portal shows "your action is required".
