Got my passport back yesterday. Booked a flight to London, Ontario for April 19th. Haven’t even figured out where to stay at yet lol. I’ll probably book an Airbnb for the required 14 days for quarantine plan, then if landing is okay I’ll search for something while inside. People I know were having a hard time renting an apartment outside Canada.
In February I withdrew my application to open another one because there was no option that I could find to add my common-law to my existing application.
Once I withdrew it, the old application reads "Update not submitted".
Did you check if all your information is transmitted on the application page ?
Just imagine doing all this on your own and getting this response. You would have hire a lawyer for thousands of dollars just to get this rectified in court. Luckily, it is a citizen application and can be refiled. But imagine if this was a PR application.
My AOR is Feb 2020.
They updated my upfront medicals on December 2021 . In my GCMS it was mentioned due date was pushed to 30 days which was supposed to be January 2022 , and yet nothing so far.
So i don’t think upfront medicals would really do anything.
hi, I got a remedical request on March 11th and I managed to get it done last week. This will straight away be uploaded to the eMedical system by the doctor who did the remedical right ? Or do I need to do / upload any documents with regard to this ?
AOR- 16th May 2020, FSW-O
It'll be uploaded by the medical centre, but it does not hurt to upload the e-medical information sheet via a webform either, and if you know your VO to send them an email too. Also, ensure that the Medical centre has uploaded the completed medical before proceeding with this, you can drop them an email or call them to know this
