I sent a web form last week but, just received a generic response that they are experiencing high volume of requests and will respond to my query as soon as possible.
I was about to send an email to ottawa VO today, but I am thinking of calling them instead.
Don't wait, when I say I mean it max you will be spending 500$ ,500$ is a decent amount to expedite your application, may or may not work but worth a try from what I can see they are incentivizing upfront so why not using it.
Again may or may not work

If I am you I will be completing a schedule A and then do an upfront medical send them through webform and then order a GCMS to see what did they do with that.
Also I wonder if having served in the military in my home country makes PR processing take longer? It was just conscription but I did have to provide documents for that in my initial application. Plus maybe the fact that my country is getting hammered by Omicron has something to do with the delays? So many thoughts crossing my mind.

I dont think that is the reason if that was the case my application should be the easiest.
My background are checked twice by USA,my degree is from USA ,my work experience (50% is from USA and same company is there in canada) my eligibility is passed and through my info sharing it should be very easy to do my background check so they don't give a damn about that.
Omicron didn't affect much .
Ukraine from what I have seen haven't affected yet don't know about the future.

Schedule A? Isn't that the form where you write your name(s), birthday, family info etc? I get the upfront remed part but do you think an updated Schedule A form would be necessary? They didn't request that in the ADR :/
I believe if we have received ADR we are going to get the PPR soon. It is stupid to ask people for ADR and then push them to 2023 when they'll have to request updated documents again.

Bro with our experience do you think they have something called logic.
I am negative and pessimistic here but it is always better to keeps expectations low to avoid disappointment and hope for the best
