Yes, it is confusing, but, for travel history there is a separate form. So, according to me if you travelled while still being employed or during your studies include that in Travel History (if this form is requested) instead of Personal History.

If you haven't visited any other country than your home, then it may be possible that your PPR might be processed right away. According to my observation, only people who have visited countries receive schedule A. Not everyone receives new POF request either.

Someone I know didn’t get adr before PPR, just remed. I only received med and RPRF payment as well, so if I had paid upfront, I would only get med as well. It could be they don’t require adr from you.
