The max I can stay is till april 9 after that I have to leave

Since things are moving for you now, I think entering Canada on your TRV is not a bad idea. When you send the ADRs, also including a letter that you are in Canada or will be in Canada on a given date.

April 9 is too soon, especially since it will take you 10 days to submit docs. You could try staying till the 9th and then going to Canadá as tourist.

You can look into filling a change of status form (i539) to B2 if that's an option. Costs about $500. As long as you file it before April 9th, you say stay legally longer.

Just go to a post office which takes fingerprints. In 2020, I got my PCC in literally 5 seconds. I gave my fingerprints at the post office and the FBI emailed me the PCC in 5 literal seconds.

Ah good tip, I didn't realize it was that kind of turnaround. If I get another PCC request, I'm doing it that way this time.
