OINP conducted a HCP draw yesterday which had my NOC, but my CRS is over the range of 463-467 .

Is it ok to reduce the CRS intentionally to meet the requirement?

My CRS can be reduced to 464 by removing my wife's IELTS completely. Will it be treated as misrepresentation?

nothing is misrepresentation till you lodge your application after getting ITA. You can change your profile info before ita as many times as you want.
