Exactly 462. I think anything above 456 is safe for tech draw.

don't worry tech draws are the main draws. They will happen, definitely.

They haven't removed the cap yet though. So me and my friends both made two profiles, both selected ontario. We will see which one gets NOI.

People do that all the time. With spouse, without spouse,etc. Even fake profiles or hiding work experience.. Their system is broken, so don't blame people for abusing it.

I am not sure man. They don't create 2 profiles for sure. For Without spouse they just inform with a LOE that's all

He's just saying that the next general draw will be in 2022 Q1, so you still have plenty of time. No hurry man

It's gonna be one profile... Just gonna be get added to my fiancee application to reduce her score. But do you think that HCP draw would happen this year while having having 1k NOIs to spare for Ontario PNP (or is for HCP only?) because reducing scores would be a one way ticket.

HCP includes both the tech draws as well in-demand noc draws. It may or may not happen. Just be ready with everything, that's all my suggestion to you is. You can always change spouse to non-accompanying and claim back the points
