I know we only care about the Immigration tab and they only give CEC timelines but if you have a look at other categories such as Family Sponsorship, Citizenship, … you will find that they are finalizing cases from late 2019 and early 2020, which is pretty scary, although we need to keep in mind the a priori different processing times of each category.
I agree. We all need to remember that we all paid a lot of money for this service under the promise that they would finalize the application in 6 months. I know this sounds like a veiled threat but I said so in the last webform I sent, because we are clients who are being left in the dark.
I said that multiple times. This dead silence from IRCC about FSW is just killing everyone. For some reason they are avoiding this topic as fire which is just crazy. They could at least say something about it.
Yeah, what leaves a bitter taste is that they haven't even directly said why this pause on draws and processing really happened. So far, as my as I'm aware , people on this forum have said it's because of some International applicants, specifically from South Asia travelled to canada when they weren't allowed to or forged tests and or vaccine cards. It's cheap scapegoating in my opinion and I'm disappointed but more like disgusted that Canada hasn't made an official statement confirming or refuting these allegations. They are just going along with it. Shameful really

Like even they announced "We may start processing FSW applications in Q5 of 2021...if we feel like it...but we'll see". That would be good news in my view.
Today also marks exactly 180 days (6months) since I filed my application
I suggest we do this by October 1 if nothing happens in September. We can coordinate together and employ the services of a legal agency to litigate this case. It’s high time
