Yeah, been there and done that, its very challenging.
About the TEF Canada test, you are only allowed to take the test after 30 days, but my center allowed only one test per month, so maybe in other centers that is possible if they conduct multiply tests monthly.
Great to know that you are expanding your knowledge in Express Entry here, after you finish with that, maybe start expanding on the manners aswell mate.
At my center, we had a fixed date per month to give the test and it was impossible to make the 30-day waiting period within those dates, so I was forced to give one per two months.
I have a problem in the studies section :
In order to get my master degree i studied in 2 different universities .
How should i mention on pre ITA form?
Both universities ? And put on the first one that i didn't get a diploma from it and then add the second univ and mention that i got the diploma and ECA ?
=> it will be this way :
* 2010 to 2011 ,: univ X , 1 year , but without diploma or eca
*2011 to 2013,: univ Y , 2 years , diploma if Bachelor with eca

On ECA they do not mention univ X , even if it is part of the Bachelors years ...
So in your opinion , I should put "Bachelor degree" in univ Z and mention 3 years ? Even if i only studied 2 years in univ Z to get my BACHELOR ?

The fact that university Z accepted you to complete your studies, already means that the subjects you completed in university X qualify for your first bachelor year.

Here there are TEF exams every thursday so its quite good
The results take abt 2 weeks
But since there is no good Mock exam available for TEF( unlike Ielts) , I guess I have to take two exams (consider the first one as a mock)
It all depend on my scores for the first attempt though

your app will be denied for incompleteness if you put in any education without ECA even if it allows you to and doesnt add to points. put it in personal history section.
