Well they're taking longer than usual, make sure to send over an email to the Ottawa office by next week if the return label isn't activated yet. For context, I received my documents 2 days after approval in the portal. Additionally, make sure you have two copies of the COPR document, one with your photo and one without.
Thank you! Do you happen to know an email address for the Ottawa office? I tried emailing CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca a couple weeks ago but didn't get any response back from them
Me too I think we interviewed for the same company lol ,the question to me was like pure technical with scenarios like
What if machine brk down in between production
What is supplier screws up.
This was the thing I answered try to find alternate supplier as fast as possible but in that industry there should be an alternate supplier and she was asking me what if there is no alternate supplier ( having alternate suppliers is supply chain 101) for me when I heard that face palm
Explain a situation blah blah blah
I passed but she gave me a take home excel test with 4 rounds to follow, I was like Really?

That is the email address. I would recommend sending a webform if they aren't replying, but wait till next week to do that. Also make sure to call up the courier you used, if you hear nothing from IRCC .
I'm so excited for the opportunity to land in Canada in 2024! My journey started back in 2018, and thanks to God or whatever, I will now be able to fulfill my dreams!!! /s
Once I get my ITA, I will write a speech: "I would like to thank my family, especially my 4th cousin 3rd removed, and the houseplant I had 4 years ago (it died) that guided me through this painful journey. But I believed in God's plan and now I can fulfill my dream!!!" How does that sound?
July 25 and my case will be 3.5 years, does anyone know what they are doing? I had almost forgotten about it till in January I received the re-med request. It is 6 months passed in my second medicals, it is pure insanity.
Cat's out of the bag I guess. I'm Indian. Lived in the US for 9 years, wasted my prime in constant fear of getting kicked out, and started the Canada process 2 months too late in 2018. Missed an ITA about 4 times (because of them shifting the goalposts, and me meeting the new requirements too late) by a matter of weeks since then. I liked the US, but I don;t think I will ever want to live there again. Country is going batshit, and a Canadian passport is just as good. Zero value for me in going to the US.
Unlikely now. Since there are like less than half the backlog from last year. They may be more strict to reject apps though, so if you have something sketchy, don’t risk it, clear it up.
