Good Luck! IRCC seems to be on point these days. When I was taking my re-medicals, a whole bunch of families are taking their medicals too, guess they were really serious about clearing up the backlogs.

Yea, they have speed up the whole process. We were not able to make it with upfront medicals as they were doing renovations in one of the biggest medical clinics in Ireland. Other two places were closed for some reason. Out AOR was 25th of Dec and we just went for medicals ourselves yesterday just to avoid any unnecessary delays
I want to sponsor for my father's visitor visa. But the name of him in my passport and birth certificate is "Sadman Alam" but in his passport it is "MD. Sadman Alam"
In this scenario, what shall I do ? Is affidavit enough or will it be a major hurdle for him to get the visitor visa now ? Pls help
Just saw an update in my profile, and when I opened it I saw that medicals are extended! So happy that I won't be spending 400 dollars for medicals
My theory is; our medicals expired on 7th of Jan, after 2 months it was somehow triggered and evaluated again? Not sure but I think I saw someone saying something similar to this. Anyway, for now all I know is eligibility is passed, info sharing is completed, security is still not started (total bs) and medicals are extended. Any speculations for our application? When do you think it is possible to get the golden email?
Question Guys - Planning to go to India for 15 days, do you guys think it's a risk based on current timeline of PR applications? I am afraid, what If i get eCopr and be out of status while out of country. Current GCMS notes says review required, security not started, medical expired.
