Dude, ‘Sir’ is a common way of addressing people here in North America - the goraas do it too. Get pulled over by a cop and they address you ‘Sir’.

All these years in the US, the only ones that addressed me as “Sir” were the cops.

We are seeing many PPRs now, for people from 2019, early 2020 and later 2020 as well. However, there is none or few and far between cases that are being rejected, especially with old AORs. So the question is, is IRCC only processing apps that are already approved and not touching complex files that have the potential for being rejected? For examples, apps that are marked for Review Required. Please share your thoughts.

There is a much simple reason. If your application is rejected, how likely are you to announce it to the world? At that point if anything is salvageable you will go to lawyer and updating the forum will be the least of your priorities. If nothing is salvageable, it is likely you will run away from it as fast as possible.

Uhhh.... You might... just might be hit by the dreaded "forgot to send a e-copy to IRCC" design issue of WES. When you order extra-copies or say upgrade your report, you need to order one for IRCC with an electronic delivery. Otherwise, you are gently loved... Just one more thing, when was your ECA done originally? As it are you the case of ECA renew? Those are especially vulnerable to this issue.

Yes and no. When you initially do your WES, it is AFAIR. When you order a copy to renew your ECA you run into this issue. A certain @guydecent ran into this issue sometimes back in the past. Thats one pretty kettle of fish actually ... As far as WES goes, they think their ECA is for life. They don't care. BUT IRCC in its infinite wisdom DEMANDS the ECA no older than 5 year. So WES came up with a "hack" of sorts... You order a duplicate ECA and they will give you that with a new issue date and will mention the original date of evaluation in body. Apparently it keeps IRCC happy.

My original ECA was done in 2014. My initial FSW application was returned in Dec 2014 because the limit of my NOC reached. I applied again in september 2021. But WES refused to re-do my ECA and asked me to renew it... the catch ... and a fatal one on that is, you have remember ordering a copy for IRCC in renewing "hack". If you do not select an electronic copy for IRCC, you will get a paper copy of renewed ECA but IRCC will still see old report and they will reject your application as incomplete.
