Looks like the nonsense that's been going on for the last 1.5 years won't be over until the election is done. Lucky it's over soon.

The cases will go up as a result of the US border reopening, which is normal and not dangerous thanks to the vaccines. So they needed a scapegoat and extended the ban on India. Otherwise the public might have reacted negatively.
