Hahahaa they have to scrape the bottom of the barrel to get decent candidates in CEC. They're actually trying to choose between CLB7 and 1 yr of tech work exp, when there are tens of thousands of CLB10s and 3 years work exp in the pool. I have to say it, CECs really are pathetic lmfao

I sure hope that early 2022 is the PPR rain we've all been waiting for, I already got a signed job offer in Vancouver. I only hope that the company can wait for the PR, otherwise Plan B is to get a work permit.

You need to show intent to return that's what's important. Maybe a job/school you attend in your home country currently. You're profile is still just in the pool anyway and you have a history of entering and leaving Canada properly. I think you'll be fine. I know people who got to Canada on tourist visas to visit spouse/do job interviews etc while their PR applications were processing
