During peak pandemic when vaccination rate was low, permanent residents were allowed to enter and now they are not allowed, such logic much wow.

They had 6 months from when COPRs were exempt, till now to clear the backlog. They preferred to rush inlanders so they could pat themselves in the back, while jerking each other out for having reached the quota. and now this bullshit.

According to this tweet, even permanent residents will not be allowed to travel. How does that make sense? What if their rent payment is pending or their job requires them to be physically present?

Can they announce mandatory vaccination? (just speculating) This whole travel ban thing just isn't rational.
I read that booster is effective, I got mine a month ago. Hope Canada will come up with a plan that accelerates distribution of the booster vaccine.
