Good afternoon.
I contacted IRCC about your file.
. I was informed by the agent that final
approval of the application was given March
17, 2021 .
. Unfortunately, due to complications related
to the pandemic, this was not relayed to the
applicants.
. This led to the confirmation of permanent
residence to expire in June 27, 2021 .
. The agent said the applicants will have to
wait to be contacted by IRCC Ottawa office.
. The file is being worked on to remedy the
situation.

I am hearing the similar chatter.... There is a major screw up in correspondences sent. Incorrect or missing correspondences. Way to go IRCC!

Now IRCC will come and say "Please re-do medicals!". Another 300 dollars down the drain! Lord save you if you have high blood pressure during test due to lack of sleep or anxiety... Thats another few hundred dollars in furtherances.

Fingers crossed that we don't have to do remedicals as of yet. It's about $450 per person here. And we are family of 2.
I hope this to be over soon so I can see my family this Christmas.
