FSW work experience question

Does anyone know if to qualify for FSW, work experience must be within a given time frame?
for example "in the last 10 years"

I have over 6 years of work experience in my primary NOC code (2141)
which under FSW gave me 15 points (maximum available), but that was between 2002 and 2009.

Is that an issue since it was only until 2009? because "in the last 10 years", I only have 4 years years of experience in this NOC code
if I do the math.

I imagine it is still alright because, for FSW eligibility, CIC doesn't explicitly ask for experience gained within the last 10 years.
