Have you already have your education evaluated according to the new procedure of evaluation? because CIC will accept only evaluations made AFTER Apr 18, 2013.
Since saturday and sunday is off, applications are expected to be collected from monday

I have a few questions on the FSW procedure as such.
Say I am ready with my IELTS and EAC by May 4th.
What is the next procedure?
How are the applications tracked?
On May 4th we download all the forms(application package) fill it ASAP and send it to CIC. Depending on the number/order of applications received they will decide the cap.
ECA will take 25 days to get completed even if you apply today. Would CIC accept the filled in forms+IELTS+PCC without the ECA? I guess NO. I do not think any FSW person can apply on May 4th unless you have an arranged employment.
Nobody is applying today....you have to prepare your all docs ready with the forms
If there are changes in forms (very rare chances, from 2010 very few changes has been made), you need to make changes for that part only and don't need to gather whole documents from starting
